HNC Legal is a full-service law firm in Bengaluru, established in 2009 and practising across civil, criminal, and corporate law.
Our Story
HNC Legal was founded in 2009 by two advocates with the objective of establishing a legal practice focused on the quality and scope of legal services. The practice began with two matters and has since expanded to handle matters across civil, criminal, and corporate law, with more than 700 active matters currently under its practice.
The firm is headquartered in Seshadripuram, Bengaluru, and handles legal matters for individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and businesses across Karnataka and other jurisdictions. Its practice encompasses legal advice, dispute resolution, litigation, documentation, and corporate legal matters. Over the years, the firm has continued to develop its practice across different areas of law while maintaining its focus on legal research, case preparation, and professional legal representation.
Our Approach to Legal Practice
Every matter handled by HNC Legal begins with an understanding of the relevant facts, documents, circumstances, and legal issues involved. The nature of the matter and the client’s objectives are considered before identifying the applicable laws, procedures, and legal options.
Where resolution without litigation is possible, the available methods of resolution are considered. Where court proceedings are necessary, the matter is prepared based on the applicable law, evidence, and procedure. The approach to each matter depends on its facts and circumstances. Legal advice is provided based on the information available, while the outcome of any proceeding remains subject to the applicable law and the decision of the court or competent authority.

The HNC Legal Team
HNC Legal’s strength has always been its people. The firm comprises 15 professionals including 10 qualified advocates, each with specific experience in their respective practice areas. Our advocates bring domain expertise across civil, criminal, matrimonial, property, and corporate law — and each client’s matter is handled by a lawyer with the relevant background, not reassigned generically.
The firm was founded by two senior advocates whose combined experience represents a significant share of the firm’s 50 years of collective legal practice. Their leadership continues to shape the standards and the culture of HNC Legal.
